I would have liked better instructions on use. It read to dry hair than use. I assume you wash hair, dry, use product then dry again. I have heard others did product first, then shampoo. I'll probably try the later next time.
The smell was a little strong for me but family members didn't smell it as strong as I.
The cap that came with the product didn't heat up like I thought it would or as I believe after watching others use the product.
That being said I will probably use the product again.
