It’s so incredibly hard. You can’t do anything with it. I’ve bought multiple products from this brand before with no issue, but this is like hot glue that froze.

Great! However I noticed that the plastic "seal of approval" isn't always on every tin. So sometimes it is REALLY difficult to open it. I think it would be helpful to include those on every putty tin otherwise it makes it a bit of a harrowing experience to open and enjoy right out of the box lol.
