I like this ring so much, I got another one because the spine broke on the first one. My ring took a lot of forces because I’m very active, always gripping heavy equipment, weightlifting. The ring is so pliable that I often check to see if it’s there; can’t even feel it. The ring doesn’t pinch your skin at all gripping or carrying heavy equipment.
