Honestly I was iffy about this bag until I saw it demonstrated on a couple of lives. Bottom compartment is big enough to hold a lot of things. Not insulated but for me it is perfect! I can fit a protein shake, can of soda & 2 divided containers. Insulated part would be improvement for future redesign. Has 2 zippers so you can open thst compartment any side. There are 2 adjustable straps these can pull bottom up higher or you can use to hold a towel/blanket etc! Options here. There is a long vertical zipper that will hold a good bit. Straps can be reconfigured into crossbody, shoulder etc.

I have NEVER met an Iris & Rainbow that I didn't love!! I think this is my 7th bag I've purchased from them. I cannot recommend this bag or any other enough. The only thing I can complain about is the zipper. I've had zipper issues before but not with every bag & it isn't enough to change my 5 stars

This bag is amazing! My husband needed a backpack and I got him this one, he loves it. The strap is adjustable and even removable. So many compartments for all his stuff!

This backpack is EVERYTHING for my job in Healthcare! The front zip pocket is the perfect touch... easy access to my most needed items. I keep a coffee tumbler in the bottom compartment, just in case I need it for a quick pick me up. The sling strap is great and customizable. LOVE IT! New fave!
