I have been anxiously awaiting the Oklahoma temps to drop. They finally did last night. I rushed out to check the freeze misers this morning neither location was frozen, I did need to adjust the one on the tank a bit the float was a bit wonkly, but even with that ackward angled up it worked and prevented freezing. Two Y valves one on the faucet and one on the tank 100ft hose. I am so excited to have this. Thank you

I had purchased two Freeze Miser hose bib devices about two years ago for a rental property and found they worked really well, keeping an exposed water line from freezing. The Freeze Miser are difficult screw onto the hose bibs and no matter how tight I thought that I tightened the Miser two out of the four that I purchased was spraying water from the coupling. One of the four continued to leak water even though the temperature was above 50 degrees F. I am very disappointed in them.

I found these very helpful during winter cold periods. I can depend upon the protection against damage to my outside piping and have checked during cold periods at night to make sure they're working. Our first unit was defective. We contacted customer service and they was great at troubleshooting. They determined it was a faulty item and replaced it. The second unit we received worked perfectly. We would recommend this product and let me tell you our cows would definitely give it 5 stars!!!!
