These are perfect for running. I have a pair of glasses lense costa sunglasses which are absolutely amazing. I am pretty particular about the sunglasses and have to say at a quarter of the price they do the job. They can not compare to my Costa sunglasses in anyway as the Costa's are better quality. These are perfect for running and jumping. They are very light and do not bounce when I'm running.
