I'm glad they sent me an email asking me to give a review. The patches are nice, but the customer services is terrible and completely non existent. My order was missing items, and I have tried several times to reach them with no response. I've sent emails, used the contact link on their website, and sent messages via FB, all with no response. Reading other reviews, everyone else has the same experience when they need to contact them.
