The item arrived leaking. All packaging from the outside was fine and was not damaged in transit. Upon opening, there were bubbles actively coming out of the package due to the soap leaking all over inside. I attempted to contact the shop and it was said they typically respond within an hour. That is absolutely not the case and I have yet to receive a response back. I really just want my money back at this point.

Overall decent product, customer support leaves a lot to be desired. 15 days and 3 different representatives later they just sent me a partial payment back when the product was received leaking through the box. If you need something for your new tattoos be cautious if you need something in a hurry, you’ll have to keep reaching out to get someone to do anything and the outcome won’t be what you need.

I bought this kit for my second tattoo which was a half sleeve on the front of my arm. I ordered an additional soothing gel, thinking that what came in the kit wouldn’t be enough. I was entirely wrong! The kit offers everything you would need for a new tat. The healing pads, are a great idea cause it really calms the itch, they just tend to fall off. But also, I did not use tape to adhere it was recommended on the package. The soothing gel and balm, were both great too. Neither were sticky nor had an offensive smell. Would totally recommend and purchase again.

This is a great place to start. My husband loved all the products in the kit. If you are planning on getting a big tattoo like my husband did (covering most of his back), I recommend buying the full size products instead. We definitely didn't have enough of the balm, patches, and this doesn't come with lotion. So great for a small tattoo or if you don't know what you will need to heal your tattoo.

I'm glad I decided to order this for my new Tattoo. I received it a week before my appointment and it was worth every dime the Repair Soothing Gel helped tremendously with the itching during the healing process, a little goes a long way. It definitely speed up the healing process too, I stopped peeling a lot faster two weeks and it was done peeling. I used the wash twice a day with no irritation at all. I didn't use the patches yet because I left them home the day of the appointment lol, But I will for my second session. I'm using the Enhance balm now that it's done peeling and it definitely makes my tattoo more vibrant. I will be purchasing again and would recommend to anyone.
