The lip stain colors are a lot darker irl. You can NOT layer the lip stain because it won’t dry down properly and will come off. But one layer will stay on all day! If you wear the lip stain alone all over the lip it can look patchy, but when you add the gloss it looks perfect. The gloss is amazing, very smooth and not sticky, and just a good thick quality gloss. I think it truly is meant to be used as described with both the stain and the gloss combo. When paired the gloss will come off over time but the stain will remain. Pic is from testing it overnight as I slept lol. Stain is still there!
