I'm obsessed! I'm 5'0" roughly 150lbs and I got an XL they fit perfectly. The material is like leggings. They're super stretch and make my butt look amazing. They are long on me but I'm also short lol. The pockets can easily fit your phone. Overall I'd honestly but another pair in different colors
