I ordered the charcoal color, and came back and ordered the mocha berry. Measurements: 5'3" height 140-145 pounds 35. 5 inch bust, C cup (implants) 29. 5 inch under bust I wear between a small and medium in BuffBunny bras. I went with a medium in this style, as I wanted it to be not as a snug fit in order to wear it with open back sweatshirts this fall (the knot in the back is really cute). I ended up wearing it for a workout too, just so I could see how it held up. Again, BuffBunny did not disappoint and this bra was comfy and supportive. However, a small would have been a better choice if I were going to do high impact type workouts in this bra. For my workout, that consisted of weight lifting and stair climber, the medium held me in perfectly. For reference, I wear a small in the Rosa, Rosita, and Scoop Seamless bras; and a medium in Candy Wrap. The knot in the back did push on my spine a bit when my back was against a bench; however, it didn't affect my workout at all. Possibly not the best style for push days, but dang cute and love it anyway.

Rating a 3 SOLEY because there's no cup pads and the support is very LOW. Great walking, lifting bra. I don't find that the twist in the back is bothersome. However, I would NOT be running or doing a crossfit workout in this bra. It is super soft and a beautiful color!

Love this material! In bras and in pants it’s so flattering. I got my normal size and it feels supportive and doesn’t cause any bulging or awkward squeezing in the back.

I think I have 10+ Synergy bras!!! DEFINITELY my VERY, VERY favorite!!! I've got them in Miami Vice Pink, Aqua & the Party Purple (I think it's called). I'VE "BEGGED" BUFF BUNNY TO BRING BACK "THOSE" COLORS💥Why aren't they listening???💥 I've requested AfterGlow Yellow, and a green, lavender a d the Blue. I'd buy zillions!!! I love the back of this bra but I really dislike the outline in the front. The outline looks weird as they don't align with my girls. I'd have love this bra if there wasn't any outlines.
