SUNLU offers two high-performance carbon fiber nylon (PA-CF) 3D printer filaments: PA6-CF and PA12-CF.
Common Features:
·Carbon Fiber Reinforced: Both contain 20% carbon fiber for high strength, rigidity, and durability.
·Industrial Applications: Suitable for manufacturing functional, high-strength parts.
·Printing Requirements: Both require abrasion-resistant nozzles and pre-print drying.
Key Differences:
·PA6-CF: Characteristic: Higher heat resistance (HDT up to 209°C). Use Case: Extreme high-temperature applications. Print Temp: Nozzle 270-280°C, Bed 100°C.
·PA12-CF: Characteristic: High toughness, excellent impact resistance, low moisture absorption, and lightweight. Use Case: High-precision parts needing high toughness and low moisture absorption. Print Temp: Nozzle 260-280°C, Bed 60-70°C.
PA6-CF is ideal for high-temperature environments, while PA12-CF suits applications requiring high toughness, impact resistance, and low moisture absorption.
