Taking the edge off at the end of a stressful day and helping to lower my chronic stress long-term? This is my holy grail! As someone with endometriosis and a naturally anxious personality ;D I needed this. I find that if I take 2 during the day I feel super zen. If I take an additional dose in the evening, it helps me relax better for sleep.

Great taste but still on first bottle so CANT give a complete review yet. But so far I would say I’m not so easy to get irritated at things as before. My only dislike of the product is the crunch…but I’m a big texture person so that just may hang up. Overall I like it and am gonna keep trying it.

I’ve had 2 kids back to back- very close in age. I started to get eczema 6months post birth of my 2nd child. I related it to stress but thought that was just normal for caring for 2 young kids. Then my husband started telling me he feels like he’s walking on eggshells around me and it wasn’t until then that I noticed my heart racing at random times for no reason, just felt on edge all the time. So I started doing my own research and realized my hormones were most likely out of wack. I started with just the Stress Less gummies and literally within 2 days of taking the lower dose, my eczema cleared up (so much to where I cancelled my dermatology appointment) and my husband, not knowing I took anything, came up and said he’s noticed a big difference in my behavior. I told him I felt so much better, not on edge and was able to enjoy more moments with the kids. I plan on taking the supplement for hormones as well, just haven’t yet. Also, my eczema is not entirely clear (been about 1-2weeks) but it has definitely helped a lot.

I can feel the effect it has on my mood. The improvement was subtle, so I didn’t notice how positively it had affected me until I ran out and had to wait for my new shipment to arrive. I definitely felt much grumpier on those days.

Magic. I bought this on a whim while stressing out at the store. Weeks later, I noticed how calm I responded to my elementary students. I impressed myself. I could hardly believe a sweet gummy tamed my anxiety better than my prescription. I'm waiting on my second bottle to help my busy mind be chill.

It really has helped with my stress levels. I have noticed that I don’t get as much anxiety or worked up about things that used to bother me. I am very pleased and would highly recommend. It did take me a few weeks to get used to the texture, which I would describe as gritty. Not sure if that is because of the ingredients, or if it is made that way. I also had to get used to the taste - it is very tart to me. However, I’ve grown accustomed to it and both of these things don’t bother me as much as when I first started taking it (maybe it’s due to the gummies lol! ;))
