I have purchased a few bottles of this and I can honestly say that during times of anxiety this does help. I have used this for insomnia because my brain doesn’t shut off from racing thoughts. This allows my body to relax when I’m unable to unclench my muscles. I double recommend giving this a try for at least 2 months, you’ll notice a difference.

I've been taking stress complex for about 2 months now and I can definitely tell a difference in my overall mood. I'm a teacher so stress can be really high at times. This product is a must! I’ve always dealt with gut troubles and after doing one of silver ferns protocols I felt a lot better, but still not 100% until I added in stress complex to my routine! I started 1 capsule of the non caffeinated version in the beginning of August and have noticed my gut doesn’t get upset when I’m anxious anymore. It’s that good!
