I would half to say it did work but I would not say it’s is completely life changing I don’t know if my floors are just impossible to clean but I have tried and tried and tried these pictures were taking after I had already cleaned my floors the pervious day but I mopped my floors 5 times and they still aren’t clean but ig cleaner in the first pic it’s what the brand new one looked like before use then when I first used it and then I mopped it again to see if it got all the dirt out and it sadly didn’t and in the second pic was me going over it again and still just dirty. It’s a nice compact mop. I think a longer cord would be a help- maybe another 6 feet. Also, the pad could be more absorbent. I had a shark prior to this and it had a head that would release a steam spray when activated. So I miss that too. Otherwise I like it. Lots of steam and it heats up quickly.
