I couldn’t love this ring more. It’s a beautiful Benedictine medal design, and it feels both meaningful and elegant at the same time. The gold has a warm, classic tone, and the three Saint Benedict medallions give it a strong, timeless presence without feeling bulky or overstated. What I appreciate most is that it isn’t just jewelry, it’s sacramental. Wearing the Saint Benedict medal daily feels grounding and protective, like a quiet reminder of my faith, prayer, and spiritual strength throughout the day at a therapist. It’s comforting to carry that symbolism with me wherever I go. The craftsmanship is excellent. The band is smooth and comfortable, the engraving is crisp, and it has a nice weight that makes it feel substantial (not overwhelming) and well-made. It works just as well dressed up as it does for everyday wear. I just wish there were half sizes.
