This is a pretty good product. I do recommend it. You can feel the heat as you start with your workout/ routine of the day. If you’re cleaning your house use it, or for a run it’s good. I wish I could have gotten a size smaller though. But it still works

Great product I love the material, true to size, as soon as you put it on you start to sweat, if you like it a little loose definitely size up, but if you like it fitted or would like to wear it under your close definitely stay with your normal size
