It's basically a water floaty to lay on. Has the big hole to fill with water. The only things I don't like is what if the two little fish inside stop lighting up there's no way to change a battery or anything for it. And if it gets a little hole your entire floor is going to be soaked! Also, keep close eye on baby due to putting face into it.
Feels like can pop easily.. I decided to place it under her bouncer which is nice too and puppy pads under it incase of a pop.
if its a Hot day fill with cold water, cold day fill with warm!
