I had a piece not fit? I'm not sure what to do with it. Maybe they shipped the wrong piece for it? Other than that its a genius level mop that makes so much sense.

I really hate giving a review like this.! But… I literally took this mop out of the box today to use it. After the second spin, a piece popped out of the locking mechanism and I was no longer able to lock/use it. I will be returning this mop bucket. So sad! 😞

Wow gotta say it is what it say it is. A mop and separate the clean n dirty water. I do say it does a solid job. I had mopped with my regular spin cedar mop and then got my kzkr mop and had to see if my old mop had cleaned and here you can see Kzkr has came to show up and show off lol.

Hands down THE BEST mop system I’ve ever used! Lightweight, easy to move around the house. Spins excess liquid free from mop head surface, cleans messy floors with ease!!

Not very pleased! The handle slides even when locked in place and feels flimsy as if you put a little pressure on it it might break in half. The pads don’t get clean from the scrubbers on the mop bucket like shown. When you make the mop spin it slings out water and doesn’t get up easy messes.

As a whole, definitely recommend. Love being able to keep the dirty water separate. I have two downsides, but they’re not enough to warrant 4 stars. 1. When spinning to dry mop head. water splashes out, hitting my legs. 2. New addition with the lip on mop head seems to be more of a pain than help.

this is a great mop you fill it up. It lasts. It doesn’t use a whole lot of water at once so you’re not trenching the floor while you’re mopping. It’s like the perfect amount of water each time. It cleans it so well in between mopping you can empty out the dirty while still saving the clean.

The shipping was really fast and I got a good deal on it on Black Friday. So far I like the mop but it came a little broken. I wish it didn’t brake during the shipping and wished they packaged it better.
