They were chewy, tasty, good for you & had a lot of protein. Other “healthy” or plant based noodles tasted like cardboard or had no taste at all & quickly became mush after cooking. The broth was also very tasty with a rich deep flavor & hint of heat. So good!!!

I began a subscription because I found the flavor profiles and texture of Immi to be exceptional. I can’t say I have any favorites across the flavors, but what I do appreciate is how my Type 2 diabetes has improved significantly (within normal ranges now) when I began using Immi daily with my seafood proteins. After trying the typical commercial ramen, I found they were overly salty and the texture was lacking. It also wasn’t a healthy choice for my diet. I’ll continue to choose Immi as long as your quality continues. A big thank you!

Beef Ramen, the shrimp ramen just absolutely excellent. It is my new favorite go to. I have a three or four times a week and it’s just delicious.

Needs just a little more flavor. We added sauce to ours. Next time i’m not adding water trying bone broth. Cooking them a little longer keeps them from being tuff .

Fantastic broth. Added fresh mushrooms, scallions and left over sreak for a delicious meal. Recommend your dried veggies if you don't have fresh items. They go well with any of the packs.
