Gifted this item to a friend who has done some research on memory, aging and Spermidine. He also uses Natto daily. He has a 100 day supply in f product. Performance: Too soon to tell on the performance but the items 2 bottles came well packaged and ready for use.

After reading more about this supplement I would of never bought it and just got more of the Supercharged Coco, After all the coco was done I did notice something it helped with even tho my review says different but this Spermidine is a no go for ppl with HBP, CHOLESTOROL & HEART DISEASE can contribute to strokes, other than that I find no change or affect, now I have a full bottle unopened & a 1/2 bottle I've gone thru, more money down the drain unless you'll swap it for a Supercharged Coco.

I had severe joint pain in my elbows and shoulders and was considering getting surgery for it. I don't know if it's this vitamin or the Cacoa Flavanoids ( I take both) but my joint pain has become tolerable almost non existent! I hope it stays working and this is what is helping.

Black Forrest is a drop ship company. They don’t have the products sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped . They get an order from a gullible customer. Take the money then they order from some other company. This process takes around 3 weeks . I charged back on my CC but they fought the charge back and re charged me for products I had been waiting for 3 weeks. I finally get the stuff. I e mail them for a refund and they will not email me back. Black Forrest is the worst business I have ever spent money on. Black Forrest you will give me a refund and I will return your products.
