As a user of Burst products for several years, this experience was an uncharacteristic disappointment. Three major considerations for my one-star review: shipping, customer service, and product design Shipping: From experience with any other company, I ordered this with plenty of time before my holiday travels. Uniuni tracking disappointingly showed it sitting in a New York warehouse for a week without any progress. By the time Uniuni attempted package delivery (who needs a signature for a toothbrush?!) I was already out of the country by another week. Customer Service: Contacting burst for order updates before my travel was useless. First, Laura merely supplied the tracking number I already had and referenced in my initial message. Then no offer was made as to how Burst might improve the dilemma of their contractor’s lackadaisical shipping, only saying “Yyou (sic) should see your lovely BURST products within 10 business days.” Product Design: Not so “lovely” after all. I’ve used the original Burst toothbrush for several years. To be clear, I have not used the new Curve, but my impression right out of the box is enough to ask for a return. The lid - the travel toothbrush’s primary qualifying feature - doesn’t stay sealed, consistently and instantly dislodging itself. Disqualifying. I will be reaching out to customer service for a refund if not a replacement.

I like the design and feel of the Burst Curve toothbrush, and it seems like it would work well. However, it only comes with a USB-C to USB-C charging cable and does not include an AC wall adapter. Because of that, I wasn’t able to charge the toothbrush right away since I didn’t have a compatible adapter. It would be helpful if Burst included a wall adapter or at least made it clearer before purchase that one is needed. Overall it seems like a decent toothbrush, but the charging setup was frustrating.

I am afraid this will not be a favorite brush. I have used the original for 5-6 years and liked it a lot. It was becoming hard to turn on and off , so thought I would try this one. I do not like the slick metal as it is hard to hold and do not like the feel when the handle sometimes hits my teeth. I may just keep it in my travel bag.

Glad to have a tooth brush that works. Don't have to worry about charging and has a nice travel cap and mode. It's just nice not to have to worry about brushing my teeth and enjoy a nice clean mouth. Thanks for such a reliable product.

This was recommended by my hygienist. The brushes are soft and do feel like they get below the gum line but I think I like my other name brand sonic brush better as it feel like a stronger vibration.

I’m learning to use this shorter Burst toothbrush. It’s also slick (it’s the silver one) and tends to slip out of my grip. When I’m successful at brushing with it, I like how well it cleans my teeth. I bought it for traveling, since my other one doesn’t maintain a battery charge as long as it once did. So I’ll keep trying for this extended trip at least.

I mean what can I say it costs $24 but really this thing feels extremely cheap. I gave it to my housekeeper and I’m buying something better. But if you want a cheap electric toothbrush this is for you! The brush heads are terrible but those are cheap too at $7. Just be aware of what you are getting

Love this new toothbrush. The curve is very light and has a comfortable hold. The brush has a good feel, almost like feathers but gives a great cleaning.

This brush is the best for travel. It fit nicely in my bag and the lid keeps it clean. It locks to keep it from coming on in my bag too!

I recently bought 2 of these as Christmas gifts, one for my 12 year old son, and the other for a friend, so I don’t have any product feedback yet, but I love that it is lightweight and smaller, for the 12 year old ( who thinks he is too old for the kids brush), but not quite ready for the Pro 2.0 yet.

First issue is the cover wouldn’t stay on. Used it for one work trip this past week. Toothbrush would not stay turned on. Turned off after a few seconds. Reached out to customer service for replacement and have not heard back. No easy way to contact customer service as there is no phone number to call and you must send an email. Disappointed especially with the price point.

A great toothbrush for every day and travel. Love that it is a bit smaller and that it has cap/cover. My cover doesn’t seem to fit that well but it does stay on… The floss is now my new favorite! Works great for tight areas and large spaces in between teeth. Thank you!

I got this as a more affordable version of my original brush. And I have to say I am completely disappointed that this brush cannot hold a charge even for one day. Will definitely be returning this item
