It’s not always accurate. And sometimes I scan the QR code and it doesn’t come up as the correct product. I also don’t understand the conversion they use because they do everything based on 100g. **Update the company asked me to change my review for a refund so I did and they never refunded me.

first order came with the screen broken, contacted support and at first they only offered $5 credit, after conversation they offered to send a replacement and they did.That one came perfectly fine. Not a huge fan of the app it comes with but if you’re looking for an accurate scale it’s a good option
