So far I’m loving these. I haven’t been using them for long enough to see results but they definitely help motivate me to get to my workouts and also to keep eating well! I wanted to write this review primarily because the taste was really not what I expected. I thought they’d be too sweet and taste almost too artificial for me but I find them pretty balanced and actually have a spicy kick if you let them linger in your mouth. I find it very refreshing! I’m definitely going to stock up for the next few months and hopefully start seeing results!
