I grew up fishing lizards as a kid, so I’m super glad Googan squad made one. Have already caught a 7 pounder on it and tons of other fish. I’m from SoCal and even use this lizard for salt water spotted and barred sand bass. Nothing beats a Texas rig lizard. Year round.

I rigged this just like I would a worm on a Texas rig, I think the action that these give underwater gets the attention of any fish nearby for sure. I’ve had more luck with these since I got some than I have with the lunker logs, but the lunker logs are also amazing so I don’t wanna take anything away from those because the action you get from those with just a wacky rig bouncing off the bottom get ready for a thump!

So far the biggest bass with it is 5.2lbs, a personal best, and the smallest is 2.5lbs. Great looks in the water, I love it and will be getting more when I run out

Haven't had much time to fish with the Slizzard but the couples times I have, I've really enjoyed this lure. It has great action in the water, seems very high quality with good durability. I look forward to catching a good size large mouth with it and growing my collection of Googan baits!
