I would say these probably help me get to sleep in a reasonable period, but my favorite use is to take one if/when I wake up to use the bathroom. Taking it mid-sleep keeps me resting the second half of the night easier I feel. It has a really nice flavor to, so it's kind of like a light chalky desert before bed.

I have been taking Lunar around 2 months now. Lunar definitely helps make you drowsy, but I kept waking up groggy and sluggish, like the sleep wasn’t truly restful. It became harder to get going in the mornings, which made it feel counterproductive. I really want to love this product because I love Legion as a company, their protein and overall transparency are great. But this one just didn’t work for me. Do not recommend.

Taste is not great. It’s super bitter but the aftertaste isn’t bad. I haven’t noticed too much of a difference in my sleep but it’s seemed to help me fall asleep a bit faster. Will definitely keep trying it out!

The effects are undeniable. Helps us fall asleep and stay asleep. The taste is awful. Overly sweet and tart, like children’s candy. The flavor does not help you wind down. We grimace through it. Please introduce milder flavors.

I feel like Lunar has improved my sleep at times, but perhaps not every time I take it. I'm not sure of why the inconsistency. I do not use it every night, but maybe 1-3 nights per week. It resembles candy in its smell and taste so if you enjoy Smarties you will enjoy these as well.
