Excellent. I have never had a complaint with your products or services apart from the fact it looks like you might be discontinuing the " Au Chocolate" colour. Please do not discontinue. It has been hard to find that colour.

I have been using Black Opal for over 20 Years. My loyalty speaks to how I feel about your products. My only complaint is with your packaging and breakage. Nothing stays on securely. The covers slip right off the lipstick and the cover cracks easily. Also, at some point during usage, the lipsticks break. The liquid foundation covers does not stay on. I have to secure your products in a small zip lock bag where ever I go. It annoys me to no end. I really hope someone looks into this.
