Did not receive the correct product i received a towel holder instead. Tried reaching out & was ignored but when I submitted a refund request it was rejected within 30/40 minutes. No one’s responding to my emails or my refund request as I’ve resubmitted.

This is really nice and works well! I got it for a backup because they all use the ice but won’t fill trays! With this I have a glass of ice while waiting on the trays to freeze! Love it!

I only need one good cup &a half of ice in my morning coffee and this is perfect for me. It doesn't take up much room in my small freezer and its satisfying to pop them out. Just don't over fill bc water can drip out the sides. Anyways, I'd buy a few for the household if there's more than one

Nice nugget ice maker. You do have to be careful with the amount of water you're adding or it can become really difficult to open at the top, but other than that it gets the job done.
