My daughter got this for a birthday present. Lacks real tips and tricks. No where could I find what kind of markers we should use. Instructions say “works best with markers & colored pencils.” Washable markers are another product that popped up on your website so I just stuck with those not knowing if the composition would change after baking them. I baked at recommended heat for the right time and tried using a metal spatula immediately to flatten right out of the oven which didn’t work. They were very hard right away. Washable markers smudge off- so possibly permanent markers need to be used or markers that are not washable. Not ideal for younger kids with permanent markers. Ways to improve product: put which markers you recommend. And specify not washable markers. Evaluate the flattening instructions so it actually workers. All of the charms are concaved as you can see if the picture. Tried putting back in oven flipped over to see if they would flatten. Nothing changed. Improve product and you’d probably have repeat customers.

The material did not shrink, it curled into itself. Very disappointing and sad 6 year old who worked so hard to color them. Grandma fail. Purchased at my local food coop

Bought these from World Market and will be returning. We followed the directions exactly and they would not flatten out. Waste of money.

Love all of these sets - we have multiples and have given them as gifts too. These are easy to do and turn out great in the oven. Worth every penny!
