It does not work on low my food is dead cold this sucks my food was wasted these people need to send me a box to send it back to them The heating element does not turn red on low setting. I will send a video. This really really sucks because I was very excited to use this. we got a whole rotisserie chicken and try to use it and it did not work and then we got a whole Gyro set of meat to use and it did not cook the meat at all on low setting did not even get warm
