I am 5'9" and 200lbs and have D or DDs, I got the XL and it barely holds my boobs. The little pad inserts on the cups are not removable but aren't sewn into one place either so they fold and create weird bumps. The suit itself is very tight as expected of shape wear. But not just in the areas I would expect. The top of the back and the shoulders cut in. And it doesn't really do much shaping in the waist. I don't think I will want to wear this if I have any other swimsuits available to wear.
