To be honest I was a little nervous at first ordering this cause I haven't had the best experience with body shapers, but this one proved me wrong. It snatched me up perfectly and doesn't feel suffocating. I ordered a size down from my regular size it went over my big thighs and butt 🤣just right.

I was so excited to receive my waist training shorts unfortunately upon opening it, I Immediately notice these white type of stains on the front as shown on the pictures. Love it very comfortable, I suggest sizing down a size or two depending on the compression you want as I chose size xl but I would have prefer size large for more compression . Great material so that’s a plus !

I wear it as an under garment and it definitely smooths me out. I would have gave it 5 stars but unfortunately they do roll up on my legs. So I spend a lot of time pulling them back down on my legs. Maybe because I have thick thighs idk. I included a video and that’s just me sitting on my bed while they roll. Other than them rolling up I love them.
