These extensions are great! They are easy to install, stay in and feel great. The ends get a bit dry but if you use a coconut they retain the moisture. The customer service is incredible as well. I had an issue with me 2nd order and not only did they fix the issue they included a conditioner to help with moisture and expedited shipping. I will continue to order from them

they are very dry and i oil them everyday , they get tangled very quickly and are super frizzy. they were fine until the 2nd wash then they lost all of there shine. i have tape ins in as well that are still soft and don’t tangle and have had in and wash same as the wefts
