i received amika - 3 scrunchie set as a generous gift from a lovely customer service rep when i reached out regarding the VIP form (i was too late to sign up, but still put in my email) + expressed how deeply saddened i was the 2 oversized scutches i already own (pink/orange. it was part of a gift promotion back in March 2025) the elasticity was SUPER loose and i couldn’t even wear it comfortably with my curly-wavy hair. it’d hurt too much. the rep gave me this 3 pack scrunchie set. i was very happy and it made my day! bless her.
i adore your guys seunchies but i got these less than a month ago and they already have ware-tear happening. i love the satin scrunchies. please bring back the oversized scrunchies + put them in the storefront! (not just as a gift with an $150 purchase only) i need them in my life but had to toss both of them 🥺 + try to fix the material so the stitching doesn’t tear in less than a month of wear time.
