I can not believe the increase in my mood and happiness! Even if you are not in a current deep depression this makes you feel so carefree. I want to be out and about doing more stuff and I am typically a homebody. I don’t feel that dread about everyday life things that have to be done. I have tried so many supplements that claim to cure ailments, and NOTHING has ever given me such immediate results as this. I tried the drops and would get bouts of happiness but nothing even close to what this saffron does! I do take two in the morning instead of twice a day.
