Went in a warranty for a broken lid(spring popped out and piece will not stay in to close) and I received a voucher to get a replacement lid that won’t match my bottle. I emailed 2 times saying I didn’t really think that was fair since I bought the special edition color with no response back. I wouldn’t recommend buying a special edition bottle.

I love the colors and the smoky mountain image, however I was super disappointed in how small the smoky mountian image was. It's very hard to see and I specifically bought that one for that image.

I would love to give a review however, I have not received my order as of yet. I have sent and email to customer service asking if they could send another one because I believe it has been lost by USPS. I was told to wait a little longer for it to show up. I even tracked it and it still says the same thing.
