I had a pair and I was not clear on the sizing charts. I wear a 12 and at the time the size chat showed 11/13 so I bought those. They were too small so I bought a second pair that was listed as 12/14 which when arrived the box had 12 on the box. Correct size and fit great. I was in my boat with my shoes off (as you should in a boat) and one of my Stars and Stripes blew out of the boat and I lost it. (It was night time) i had no second thoughts on ordering another pair to replace the lost shoe. During this now 3rd order, I see there is a insurance i could have purchased in and it would have replaced my lost shoe!! Today, I'm looking to see if I see another pair I may want to buy and I she the sizing has been changed. Now it is M11/W13. Had that been the case on my first pair, I would have ordered the correct size!! But I did give e the 11s to a friend and I will keep my eyes open for new colors to come.

I've had several foot surgeries to repair having flat feet. These are by far the most comfortable shoe I've found and now wear everyday! I have 2 pair now and will probably be ordering a third soon
