I wash my face at night and I use this at night. This eye cream is easy to apply and does not irritate my sensitive eyes. I had ptosis and blepharoplasty surgery so my eyes are extra sensitive where I cannot use regular eye drops. My eyes swell up in the morning. This de-puffs my eyes and there's less wrinkles. I notice less swelling in my eyes in the morning since using this eye cream. You only need to use very little. Highly recommend.
