Not a big fan of the texture, but I did notice my receding gums( they were pulled all the way back on the bottom and so painful) they are now going back to normal. I can only assume it's this as I have done nothing else different

Im on day 4 of this I do notice the effects energy mood focus No taste but 1 scoop under the tounge or just drink water I prefer under the tounge and just let it dissolve on its own. Very satisfied with product
