I take this every night a half hour before going to sleep. Sometimes I wake up after 6 hours feeling like I had 9 hours of sleep. Never groggy and ready to go. Usually on a bunch of supplements but even when I'm off of it I still depend on rested to give me the best sleep possible and it works. Their t-shirts are very comfortable as well 😉(size Large)

At first I thought it was a miracle drug. It knocked me out shortly after taking it. My body now must have gotten used to it since it takes a bit longer to work. Using it everyday. Love it!

Does exactly what I need it to do. This stuff makes me sleep hard and actually get the rest I need. It really is just like a pre-workout for your sleep in that it makes the whole process more effective and efficient. Taste is meh but I'm not drinking it for the flavor. The big caveat is that you need to make sure you're also getting enough time to sleep as well.
