Outer and inner packaging damaged badly and arrived ungiftable! Looks like something heavy fell on it so I am afraid that the actual item may be damaged. The product box has no padding so the item was viewable through the hole in the boxing.

Highly upset as this was one of my sons Christmas gifts & he absolutely loved it until it kept falling apart, to no prefail, I look closer & there are no screws to hold it together.. The jaw keeps coming apart, the torso, definitely upset as is my 2 year old😩

The toy is cute but the pieces, legs and tail keep falling off and it is supposed to snap together. Also the person who is selling the product needs to show the actual size of the product. So very small. You also have to keep adding the water very often. So I not worth the money.
