I have been using it from the day it arrived, I am using the infrared light for arthritis. I have also tried the red light. I don't use it more than 5.min at a time. It seems to be working.

I only gave it one star so I could write a review. The package was poorly shipped wasn’t properly taped when I opened it and put it together as you can see in the video It’s a poorly made. I got my money back. It ain’t worth it.

Some false advertising. Claims to have near infrared wavelength (which is invisible to the human eye but shows as purple on phone camera) & it does not. Pictures posted show my one device w NIR vs this device which doesn’t have it at all. It may still work, but no NIR benefits. Just for awareness.
