The red light part is great, however you have to use the patches that it comes with and those are horrible. The patches are so stickie that it’s impossible to place them in place, additionally it only comes with 5 and they don’t tell you where to get more. If you try using it without the patches

Effectiveness: I did not realize this product came with little sticky strips that held the product itself to your under eyes. It only comes with a pack of 6.

Interesting. The hard plastic design does not allow for an even or complete application. The face is slightly curved, so the inflexible flat patch is either touching the far end of your under eye closest to your ear to the middle of your eye, or the inner corner of your under eye to the middle.

I am loving this thing so far. First of all I find it very relaxing to use, like getting an eye massage. I look forward to using it. But it also seems to be helping w/ the eye puffiness and dark circles within just a few uses. Love it!

The gel pads are hard to peel and stick on your face. I recommend sticking them directly on the lights and then on your under eyes. They slide down they don’t stick. I know the instruction sailing your head back, but they just the reusable gel pads are not truly reusable m

I was excited to find my entry into the red light craze that’s going on this holiday season. And this scratched my itch on getting started. I loved everything about these!!! The pulsing is super fun and my eyes looked gorgeous after with a full face on. I look fuller under my eyes not hollow and tired like I usually do. Just looked overall more rejuvenated!

I just got these for Christmas from my sister and I was so excited to try them until I went to read the instructions!! The instructions make no sense! Neither me nor my hubby could figure out if the gel pads go on the face or the device!! The second issue is when I put them back in their case they start blinking even though I turned them off. As for whether they work or not, idk I see no difference after one use but then again who knows if I did it right or not!! So I gave it 2 stars just because I think it’s a cool idea.
