Hi! So, I bought this for the first time when it was introduced. Essentially, I purchased mostly to try new hair care products as I was using none. At all. I have several different types of chronic pain. One of them affects my mobility on my left side, I can very rarely lift up my left arm to the top of my head. And even then its filled with searing pain. When I started using this, I ended up skipping the blow dry and flat iron (I had shorter hair than I do now). I'd put a small dollop in my hands, smoosh it around, then add it to my mostly wet hair. Big tooth comb it out, then wet brush my hair down to my head and let it air dry. Once it was dry, I would just run my fingers through it to break it all up. And my hair would look like I was born with smooth no frizz hair! It was amazing! Well, then I started to grow my hair a little longer. (Actually past my ears) I would still use it the same way. And sometimes I would run the flat iron through my hair. Still no frizz issues. Especially with the humid warmer weather we had up in Boston the past few years. With my longer hair, I for the first time in a while, put this in my hair. Let it sit for a few moments, used the hair dryer, and then flat ironed. MY HAIR HAS NEVER FELT THAT SMOOTH!!! Seriously, my hair is something ive always taken very good care of. I bleach almost all of my hair maybe 2 or 3 times a year. Sometimes less. And I have funky colors that I dye it with. But this made my hair feel so amazing, every time I used it. I re-purchased recently and got two jars instead of one. I will use this product for the rest of my life. Or at least till I can't get it anymore, and then I'll buy a bunch so I won't run out for a while. Haha! It is a higher price point for what I would normally consider buying, but it is SO worth it! I've gone through 2 jars of this so far and just ordered 3 more because it's now a mandatory part of my blowout routine. My hair feels so soft and healthy, it's a great combo with the hair mask and the blowout milk for truly healthier hair!

I follow JVN’s advice to use leave in conditioner, followed by this and then the blowout milk, then I blow dry my hair with a Dyson hairdryer. Each product and each step is worth it. It’s crazy how much better my hair looks (my husband is the biggest fan of the final product and thanks JVN for his wife with hot hair!)

I have fine curly hair and use this when I blow out my hair straight and before applying air dry cream when I wear my hair curly. It works like a dream in both cases.
