Listen, my man is so particular about the things he puts in his body that typically he doesn’t want to try the supplements I buy but he usually has some trouble sleeping or relaxing in general (he kind of has insomnia) after a long day at work and I suggested he try a scoop of this recovery powder, he took a peak at the ingredients and said “why not?” It helped get him so relaxed he knocked out quickly and stayed resting through his night. He now holds my powder hostage but I don’t mind, guess I gotta get another one 😅 Overall this was my first time buying from this brand and I’m pretty sure I won’t be trying anything else, I love the clean ingredients and the flavor is amazing. I will say this is honestly the best I've had and tried. As one gets sore after workouts, this supplement takes your body beyond, for I hardly felt any soreness or pain.

This stuff if amazing for post workout soreness. It's crazy the difference you feel when you take it verses when you don't. I would give it 5 stars but I don't like the fact that this company says they're 'naked, with nothing to hide.' Yet there's 'plant based natural flavors' in this powder. Like what the crap does that even mean?

I love naked recovery. It tastes great, not too sweet, nice lemony flavor but I don’t really taste any lavender. I usually use it before I go to bed and I think it helps relax my muscles so that I get deeper sleep and wake up less frequently. I wake up and feel more rested than when I don’t use it, best sleep I've gotten in a while. I’d definitely recommend trying it! I’ve also started adding the essential amino acids to it as they taste awful in plain water but the lemon hides the biter flavor or the EAAs.
