Turkey Burger Bowls with EXTRA sauce plsss. RECIPE: Turkey Burger Bowls Ingredients - 1 lb ground turkey - 1/2 cup primal kitchen ranch dressing - 1/4 cup bread crumbs - 1/4 cup chopped green onions - 1 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder - Salt and pepper to taste - 1 tbsp primal kitchen avocado oil - red onion - lettuce, tomato, pickles, pepperocinis, avocado - SAUCES: Primal kitchen ketchup & special sauce Burgers: 1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, ranch dressing, bread crumbs, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and mix until well combined 2. Divide the mixture into even portions and shape into burger patties if desired size  3. Heat avo oil in a large skillet over medium heat  4. Cook the turkey patties in the skillet for 5-6 minutes on each side until they are fully cooked. Fries: 1. Wash the russet potatoes & slice the potatoes into even strips 2. Place the potato slices in a bowl of cold water and soak for 30 minutes to remove excess starch. 3. Drain the potatoes and pat them completely dry with a clean towel 4. In a large bowl, toss the dried potato slices with avocado oil, smoked paprika, and salt to coat evenly 5. Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer, avoiding overcrowding, and cook in batches if necessary 6. Cook the fries for 15-20 minutes at 375 in air fryer, flipping halfway through 8. Increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) for the last 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness 7. Remove the fries and sprinkle with additional salt if needed 8. Assemble bowl and top with extra ranch! Recipe by @glowwithella

when the ramen is homemade but the vibes are instant and the oil is organic >> Ingredients: ~ 6 blocks of gluten free ramen ~ 2 tablespoons Primal Kitchen Organic Avocado Oil ~ 2 teaspoons of salt ~ 1/2 tsp garlic powder ~ 1 tablespoon of ginger paste ~ 2 tablespoons of miso paste ~ 6 tablespoons of coconut aminos ~ 8 cups of bone broth and 2 cups of water (or 10 cups of bone broth) ~ 1/2 cup of sliced green onions ~ One cup of shredded carrots ~ one bunch of bok choy about 4-6 cups chopped ~ one and a half pounds of chicken thighs ~ chicken seasoning blend: 1.5 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp ginger powder Instructions: ~ preheat the oven to 425 degrees F ~ Pat the chicken dry and then rub with the chicken seasoning blend and one tablespoon of the oil. Roast on a foil lined baking tray for 25-40 minutes depending on the thickness of the thighs ~ In a large pot combine the bone broth, seasonings, ginger, miso, and green onions. Heat over high heat until it comes to a boil, then reduce to low and allow you to cook for the remaining of the cooking process ~ Heat the oil in a pot or pan over medium high heat. Add in the bok choy and carrots along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir for a few minutes, and then transfer to the pot with the broth ~ cook the ramen according the package instructions, then rinse with cold water and divide among 6-7 bowls ~ divide the broth among the bowls and top with the sliced chicken. enjoy! recipe by: @haley.adeles_kitchen

Meatball Ingredients⬇ 1 Pound Ground Beef – You can swap for chicken or turkey. 1 Egg ¼ Cup Diced Sweet Onion ¼ Cup Diced Honeycrisp Apple 1-2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley 1 Teaspoon Salt ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper Cranberry Sauce Ingredients⬇ 1 Cup Homemade Cranberry Sauce 1/3-1/2 Cup Primal Kitchen A Tad Sweet Ketchup – Add more or less depending on how tart you want it! 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup Instructions ➡ Brown the meatballs on all sides in a preheated skillet then add them into the cranberry sauce to simmer on low for 20-30 minutes.
