DON’T BUY FROM THIS STORE, THEY SEND USED AND OPENED PRODUCTS. Paid for a new product, got dirty dented used scratched items. There was a HAIR in one. Don’t know how long it had been sitting being opened and touched by other people. I bought 2 and both were disgusting. I’m pretty angry about getting a used product when purchasing a new one. I should get a refund.

Shell's plastic has a strong smell. There's no safety along the metal steamer's handles. luckily it don't burn you. Pot does boil quickly. Beware, there's NO anti slip pads on the bottom of the pot, makeshift your own. Use with EXTREME caution! Heats really high, really fast, even on low.

Incredibly convenient and easy to use. I love making ramen with this little hotpot! I also take it around the house and eat right out of the pot since you can detach the cord. It’s also easy to clean. Boils water super fast.
