I like the balm but there are two layers, one creamy and one that’s more like wax. I cannot get the waxed part of it to soften enough to use on my face. I have reached out to the company for advice but have not received any reply.

I love this cleansing balm. It works like a charm and smells like heaven. The balm liquefies once applied to your skin and begins to break down all the mascara and eye makeup easily. The experience is calming and very pleasant. I think that is mostly due to the fabulous smell of this cleanser. Once I have worked it into my skin and gotten all the heavy eye makeup to dissolve, a warm, wet cloth removes the residue. The smell envelops you at that point. My eyes are never cloudy after this ritual. This is a very satisfying end to my day, and I haven't found anything else that stands up to this balm. . . love it.

I have been using the radiant cleansing balm since it came out. I want use anything else. It removes all makeup including eye makeup up. What I mean is it dissolves it and leaves no makeup on my skin or washcloths . Also leaves my skin clean and hydrated with no residue.
