Disappointed! I was sent “new” product that was chipped and cracked! The quality of this “wood” is very cheap! Had I not just got 2 bunnies, I would’ve sent this back, but I needed the cage! The one set of doors doesn’t align correctly. You can kind of tell in the picture! Bunnies like the space tho

I love the size of it,it's a good fit for my two bunnies and they love it. Pet likability: Lots of room to roam. Quality of work: Was a little hard to follow the directions and some of the boards are a little loose but over all I'm happy with the amount I paid.

It nice. Put my rabbits in today they just getting use to having a 2 story cage. Instructions need to be clear. I had to youtube the brand. Pet likability: They got their own space Quality of work: Had some damages. One latch doesn't shut properly. Had patch work done where I'm guessing it was damaged in they creating the parts.

We absolutely love our bunny palace! It houses two of our bunnies with plenty of room. It’s so beautifully built and put together. Easy to clean too!

It’s wider and taller then expected and not easy to put together definitely a two person job the instructions need to be more clear and some screws were missing but I got it together and my bun loves it
