I bought the hydrocolloid roll "Yarster Medical-Grade Hydrocolloid Roll" a few weeks ago because I was struggling with several painful pimples and a couple of small blisters caused by friction while exercising. I cut it to the right size I needed, placed it on the clean, dry area, and let it act overnight. When I woke up, I could already see the difference: the granite that would normally ignite and take days to come down was already much flatter, with less redness, and without bursting it. I used this product for the first time overnight and I was impressed by the result. I was getting a large pimple deep under my skin and decided to give this a try. When I woke up and took off the patch, there was a ton of gunk on it (as you can see from my photo)! I’ve also had issues with patches coming off while I’m sleeping but this stayed on all night. I used to try tiny pimple patches and they never worked. This one is great, you can cut it how you want and it even helps remove dead skin. My skin looks so much better!

I originally bought this thinking I would just use it as a regular wound dressing, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The 3m hydrocolloid has really strong absorption and works surprisingly well on pimples—the gunk inside gets pulled out, which feels very reassuring. It also works great on small burns and scrapes, healing faster than I expected. I’m almost done with a whole roll and plan to order a larger size next.

The box came empty with part of the wrap the goes around the box missing with only the upc sticker. It was placed into the shipping bag this way. Box was beat up. If it contained the Roll I would not care but it was empty and I know it must have weight to it.
